KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 15 — The High Court here today allowed an application by the government and four others, including two former prime ministers, to strike out a suit by a member of the public for alleged abuse of public office and negligence over the cancellation of the Kuala Lumpur — Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR) Project.
